Very poorly prepared.   Panda used to be pretty tasty.    My whole dinner was absolutely abysmal.  
Even the Orange chicken, my favorite, was barely edible.   The Greens consisted of only broccoli and cabbage.  Most alarming?  The portions I received weighed about a pound and a half OR LESS ..... FOR WHICH I PAID $44.,
Ridiculous.

Container size has become ridiculously small it is looking more like for left overs than a meal. I order the big plate and it had 2 pieces of hard old broccoli and 2 small pieces  of cabbage leafs. Panda is really taken portion control to the limits as well as increasing their prices. I guess they think we dont notice.

One of the plate entrees was beef with broccoli, but there was seriously ONE small piece of beef and the rest was all undercooked broccoli. Just not okay.

The rice was hard and crunchy, the eggroll was cook too hard about burnt, the honey walnut shrimp just tasted like plain soggy shrimp  The cream cheese Rangoon and chicken egg roll was suppose to come with the plate gut u was charged for both. So I was  Dissatisfied with my food.
