the sandwich had 2 or 3 very small pieces of mozzarella and the tomato was so thinly sliced that 90% of the sandwich was the greasy bread. soups were fine.

The packaging was very poor. There was a hole in the bottom of the bag, the top had the sticker on it, but it was completely open at the top/not closed properly. The food was not put together properly...the Caprese sandwich in the Sandwich and Salad combo had all the arugula on the outside. The salad in the Sandwich and Salad was a Greek salad, and the tomatoes and cucumbers are not very fresh, and taste off. The caprese sandwich also does not taste very good, and there is a very bad aftertaste. The French Baguettes were also just tossed in the bag and were between and under the other items. They were also cut in half and did not look like the usual French Baguettes. I would not order this again unfortunately.

Soup and drink is always portioned correctly, soup is literally always hot ! Bread is fressshhh as always and I'll definitely always order from here

Overpriced fast food. The The Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich was literally a $17 tiny chicken patty. It wasn't even real chicken, it was a fillet of ground meat.
