I order a half almond chicken salad sandwich and a cup of broccoli & cheese soup. Everything was good, the soup was delivered piping hot. I was very satisfied with my order, fast service and everything was prepared just right. Highly recommended!!

I was told they were out of their delicious broccoli cheddar soup so I had to substitute chili instead and I was most disappointed:(
But what a wonderful surprise when I found a small portion of the broccoli soup in my bag. They gave me what they had left! Now that is some damn good customer service!! Thank you!!

So the dozen chocolate chipper cookies are actually "petite", and less than half the size of regular. Needs to be fixed on the item description and price.

This is one incredibly arrogant restaurant. The pictures in the menu looked amazing! But the product was bland and the avocado in my $9+ tiny breakfast sandwich was so unripe I had to spit out chunks that were too hard to chew. The $6+ kid-sized yogurt came with stale oats that tasted like cardboard. The $7 bacon egg and cheese sandwich was 99% stale bread, 1% protein, and 0% flavor. This was my first time at Panera in over 10 years. I guess I forgot just how bland, undercooked and overpriced they were.

Ive gottena tuna and soup twice now through the app and each time they barely put any tuna on my sandwhich, yet if I go into the store and order I have a huge helping on my half sandwhich.... not sure if ill order through this app from them again! Love the food, bread is always my favorite
