Panera is pretty good, actually it's a habit for me. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup is solidly good and the Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup has its moments.
But I can't shake the feeling that their portions are a bit stingy for the price.
Also God forbid you forget to ask for utensils, they won't include them sometimes even if you ask. No spoons, forks or napkins repeatedly. It's the weirdest thing to me. Are they more costly or is it a rushing to get orders filled kind of thing? I'm truly curious.
I can say they are generous with their bread and it's very good.

Bistro French Onion Soup is cold. Caesar Salad Stuffer with Chicken is a joke. It's half a baguette with a few pieces of lettuce and croutons. Can't find any chicken in it at all! Bread is soggy. Tasteless and nasty for the price!

I asked for a bread bowl and did not get a bread bowl, it was broccoli cheddar and only a small soup came with my order in my you pick two, I also got a cesar salad which was fine but I did not get what I payed for. The bread bowl is extra cost and it was not provided despite saying it was on the order receipt. I am unhappy because usually when I order Panera I have no issues.

Sandwich was so tiny and came very messy. Cheese was not melted the whole sandwich was basically cold. I asked for no tomatoes and they still put tomatoes . Not happy with the sandwich at all I feel ripped off cause of how tiny the portion is doesn't even seem like half a sandwich

All was delicious! But soup could have had more noodles, chicken and carrots. Igor more broth and very little noodles and carrots and hardly any chicken. The baguette was the best, crisp and soft on the outside it was delicious! It would have been perfect if it were warm.
