I may have just been hungry.... but that was probably the best tomato soup and grilled cheese I think I've ever had. The citrus punch drink was amazing and hit the spot too! Thank you!!! Sincerely, a preggo lady

I have ordered basil BLT several times and is was very good. Tonight , the first one was ridiculous. hidden under the lettuce was about a tablespoon of bacon crumbs whicbI am sure are usedfor salads and soups. athey send another.... the bread is great and huge but maybe a strip and a hal of very small bacon atrips. Not usual Panera wuality. athink I am done since they could not even get the replacement up to standarddreturn order

We both ordered soup and 1/2 sandwich. The soup was delicious. However, whoever made our sandwiches was obviously having a bad day. There was enough chicken salad for two bites. It wasn't a sandwich. Very disappointing.

We received small soups with modification listed on the bag, but no deduction in price. We only received one bag of chips. The sandwich had no sauce on it which made it bland. Overall this was our worst Panera experience.
