BBQ 🥪 was pretty good. Mac and Cheese 🍜 was alright. I ordered a side mac because I thought large would of been to much to finish. on one hand kinda wish I would of went with large because side is incredibly small for the price IMO but other hand I'm glad I went with side because it tasted old and mushy anyhow. The coffee was worst part tho. Madagascar Vanilla Almond Cold Brew is what i ordered and, I was expecting something creamy, cold and sweet kinda like represented in description haha but I got bitter and dark 😅 😞
I'm not mad though Panera is usually good. I typically love their food. I guess they were just having an off day. idk but it happens 🫣🤷🏼♀️ I still love ya Panera, no hard feelings, I hope 😂

Panera has definitely been a victim of shrinkflation. Portion sizes have shrunk while prices have continued to rise. This used to be my "go to" lunch restaurant for their delicious sandwiches and salads. It's not anymore. Today's salad bowl was filled about half as much as it used to be and the quality of ingredients seemed to follow suit.. Even the baguette is thinner. Disappointing.

They constantly mess up drink orders. I love their Chai Tea Latte and order it everytime. I only receive the drink about 25% of the time. The most recent time they sent a drink of cold water with an unknown tea bag in the bottom that was absolutely disgusting.

Chicken salad VERY scarce on sandwich. About only a tablespoon. Really ! Overpriced for one Very little strip of chicken, if any.
No utensils or napkins provided.

My salad that I ordered was all messed up. My soup that I got with the "pick two" had hardly any cheese in it. My salad had BBQ on the top of it when it shouldn't have. I was not given a spoon with my order for the soup, luckily I was somewhere that I was able to get one at.
