They often mess something up on my order. Last time, they only included 6 wings when there should have been 8. When I called the store and told them, they then put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I gave up, hung up, and now have given up on them totally. I'll get my pizza elsewhere from now on.

I ordered Extra Pizza Sauce and paid for 10 parmesan cheese packets and there was no extra sauce and no packets. I called the store and told the gentleman on the phone what happened. Without saying anything, he put me on hold and then I was disconnected. Also, the pizza is dried out and tough to chew. I am super disappointed. I want my money back for the Parmesan cheese packets.

The pizza was very good!! The dash driver however had to search for the employees in order to get our food. It took him longer because he finally found them outside the back door of the restaurant. The delivery person really humped it to get our food to us hot. Kudos to him! Also every time I order a 2 liter root beer it always gets subbed with a Pepsi without any acknowledgement up front when I'm ordering.

Super Hawaiian Pizza was undercooked and same with the Double Chocolate Chip Brownie
