Garlic Knots were pretty doughy and a little raw. All the seasoning slid off and sat at the bottom. The Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust wasn't bad it just wasn't firm enough to hold toppings. Still smashed and way better than Doms.

The edges of the Calzone Papa Bites were burnt, they also only come with a small ramekin of sauce so if you plan on dipping, I would order extra because it's not enough .
Double Chocolate Chip Brownie was warm and delicious like always. Highly recommend the brownie.

Probably the single worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Crust was thin as paper, pizza was floppy and undercooked. A $2.5 jacks pizza makes this pizza look like dirt. Can't believe they sell this and call it food. Never ordering from here again.

We have ordered from Papa John's many times and they have taken responsibility for their kitchen issues. Not this time. Not sure who is managing the Iowa City store at this time but they are trying to blame Door Dash for the poor quality of the food we received. As you can see from the picture Door Dash had nothing to do with the items that we ordered. We spent over $40 and got a pittance of what we should have received. No help or compensation from the Iowa City store or Corporate Office. Very disappointed!
