From the pizza being undercooked and doughy ( second time I've ordered from this location and had the same issue, was hoping it was just a one off) to the SAUCE... what has happened to the sauce?? rumors say Papa John's switched from canned to bagged?? a noticeable change that's made the pizza thin and flavorless - it's either that or maybe a change in the recipe altogether. In either case I'm disappointed and won't being ordering again.

The pizza was gross and burned all throughout. Not just the edges, the entire bottom. Somehow despite it being burned it was greasy. Tried to file a complaint and got a 5$ credit. I paid 25$ for this ruined pizza.

This is the second time I've ordered from papa John's and the pizza was trash, I asked for the 3cheese pizza and it was BARELY any cheese and the cheese was cooked too long and brownish AND the pizza was lukewarm. We have been so disappointed in papa John's pizza lately

I ordered a medium pizza and when I received my pizza it was smaller than a Scooby snack, For $27.14 I should have ordered from Pizza Hut! then it was cold I will never ever order from you all ever again and I want my money back because I received a small when I ordered a medium
