The Trout was done perfectly, seasoned just right, lightly so not to hide the taste of the fish. The Green Beans young and tossed with thinly sliced Almonds! Absolutely wonderful. I really appreciate the packaging. Lots of room for presentation and perfect for microwaving, which totally helped for the Baked Potato which was huge and cooked perfectly. Great job on everything Chef!!!

I spent $115 on these two things. The salmon had one scallop, two tiny bits of crab. The crab dip barely had any in there. What a rip off.

fried oyster were overly peppered and more than 1/2 were burnt. I had two oysters total. they tasted rancid...very fishy. oysters only taste fishy when THEY ARE BAD OYSTERS. WORST OYSTERS I HAVE EVER HAD FROM PAPADEAUX

the portion of catfish was great two big filets, the shrimp was skimpy tho. for the price I dont see where one meal is $55 honestly you can go to the juicy seafood and get more for less.

Aways depends on the cook for the night. Please don't put fish on top of fries. Bad strategy as my fries are wet. Chicken was flavorless and fish needed a little more spice and salt. Whoever packed the bag did a good job. All of the items were in the bag.
