Well since we're just visiting Houston, we've never eaten at Pappa's BBQ before. We love bbq, and were hoping to try while we were here. Pappa's was the right choice! The baby back ribs were spot on, and if you didn't want to use the extra sauce, they were perfectly tasty with just the dry rub. I also had a stuffed baked potato.....very good, and more than enough! The prices may be a little on the higher side, but honestly, we had enough for 2 extra meals, so it balances out. I would definitely recommend Pappa's bbq, and if we're back in the area, we'll try again. Delivery was right on time, and professional.

My family and I were grateful for the great meals. The freshness and consistency are appreciated. The Catfish Plate was well seasoned and fresh.

Meats were well seasoned, sides and jalapeno cheese bread were all delicious! Carrot Cake was immaculate and so moist! Fresh-Cut French Fries were thick cut just how I like. Would totally order this again and probably will before our trip is over.

This food was good. the sausage was on point but the brisket was dry. 10/10 for that pecan pie! Also, the potato was to die for. Not only was it as big as my head but it was baked perfectly and the butter was so fluffy and creamy and delicious.

The food here is delicious! you won't be disappointed! Brisket has a wonderful flavor and is very tender. The turkey is so good not dry at all. The sausage was good but a bit to spicy for my husband. Potatoe salad was awsome too! The french fries had some kind of seasoning on them and they were excellent. The fresh greenbeans took me all the way back to mamaws house and eating them out of the garden. no canned crap here these were fresh and crisp. The jalapeno cheese bread was also fresh. Tasted like fresh baked for sure. And the icing on the cake is that amazing cheesecake! best I have ever put in my mouth. 1 piece is big enough to feed 3 people but I don't share this stuff cause it's that good!
