what you get is not what the picure they use on menu indicates you get. our first order was fabulous, second order was not.they didn't Double up per order request so we were billed the extra $11.xx forhe Double up without the product. I sibmiyted complont via crappy review. Pardonmy cheesesteak sent a email offering a $7.00 off, leaving me $4.00 short.i placed huge order 6 sammies all doubled up. they doubled up but the sandwiches are not even close to what their menu photo is of the sandwich. the sandwich hoagies were all with outter edges closed, you can barely see the steak and cheese. they didn't mark sammies so we had to try to pry them all open to check contents for which had onions and which didn't. even with close inspection we couldn't tell. the menu photo is misleading. it looks very much like false marketing/representation.

first order was great. So good we ordered the next night again. second order didn't have 1/4 of what first order was. no cheese, no beef, NO DOUBLE UP. so I paid over $50 for 3 sammies. outrageous. no consistency and absolutely not worth that amount of money. so disappointed And ripped off. you could have had some loyal and appreciative customers. the difference between the orders is pathetic. I'm going to call when I calm down and see how accountable the manager is. not filling the DOUBLE UP is a huge fail. I was expecting the 6 sammies I ordered not 3 hoagies with a few tablespoons of cheese And a few tablespoons of beef. where is your quality control??

The ghost kitchens always get me, RubyTuesday. Way to expensive for quality, pretty sure there was more "cheese sauce" on the outside than the inside of the Cheesesteak .. Should've made my own at home. Super sad soggy looking fries and an oily Brownie that only had chocolate chips on the top.

That was the worst cheesesteak I've ever had. The bread was so greasy it was soaked wet, and yet the steak all stuck together in a big clump like it was plastic.
