The best word I can use is reliable. Hot food and a cold drink from an IHOP ghost kitchen hits the spot every time and any time. This place is open late with their above-average Cheesesteak (I've had MUCH worse). No complaints, this brand does what it promises.

Very small portion for 20.00 on the Loaded Cheesesteak Fries. Also no, fork, no napkins, and no ranch or ketchup that I ordered. Doughnut dippers had no cinnamon, and didn't receive icing or caramel sauce as advertised.

Sandwich looks good but you charge 6 bucks for fries as a drink and you get maybe the equivalent of 2 oz??? That sucks.

Actual garbage that had to be a fully frozen cheesesteak heated up in a microwave. Also, very small portion for the price. A cheesesteak might sound nice but never this one.
