While my order was received in a timely manner. It was made wrong. I specifically ordered cheese bread with no pizza sauce and yet they still put it on there making it an edible for me and I paid $10 for it. 9 times out of 10 when I order their french fries they are overdone and are often the ends and bits of french fries and not even full fries. Truthfully, would not order from them because there is not a consistency in quality.

The Grilled Club is always great. . The use high quality cold cuts and bacon. The secret of Penn Station is they have the best Fresh-Cut Fries I've ever had in a fast food restaurant.

Food is always on point!!!!!! Never been disappointed, food is always fresh and hot!!!! Tonight I tried the Grilled Classic Italian and fries and mannnnnn it was amazing!!!!!

Save your money and make at home. We kept talking about giving this place a try. Well we did. Just received cold, limp, half full $7 fry cup, the stingiest sub sandwiches we have ever purchased from Any establishment Anywhere. $40 out the window except for now we know. Learn from our mistake folks.

Sandwich was made properly and toasted perfectly, unfortunately the fries were undercooked and the cookies are stale.
