Over-salted an inedible Chicken Philly. Pricey Fresh-Cut Fries were under-filled. Extra ingredients were not added. 
This Penn station is consistently delivering subpar product, which is such a shame because if done correctly, Penn Station is phenomenal.
I've given them more chances than deserved, but at this point, we will not order again

I understand it's 30 mins before closing... but please care for my order...as if it were your own. There was enough pepperoni on my subs for 2 more subs. Wet lettuce and onions...gross.

I noticed an issue, right when I started to open the bag. I noticed that the 3 stickers had been pulled off. it did appear as though french fries have been eaten. I mean, I can imagine it would be torture to be driving with this good smell, but when you are hired for a job and you were tipped over $10, it's really not okay. And, when you spend $50 on dinner for two people, the expectation is to get everything for which you paid.
my sandwich was a disappointment. I found 1 1/2 pieces of bacon on my $10 sandwich. I actually had to get some lettuce out of my refrigerator because there was barely any of that either. I know that this is not common because I used to work for Penn Station. looks as though people in that store need to be retrained. Anyway, the biggest issue is that it is so incredibly expensive and what arrived was subpar.

Their fries are BOMB. Got a large for my boyfriend and I and we definitely did not finish it. Would recommend

The Classic Grilled Italian is usually really good. No mayo, extra banana peppers, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper. ;) The last 2 times I got it though - I was disappointed. Once there was mayo when I asked for none and I HATE mayo - so straight to the trash. The other time it didn't have much flavor which is wild considering what all is on it. Ham & cheese sub was 5 year old approved. I'll still order it again - maybe they had an off day.
