I ordered the Mega Cheesesteak and what was delivered was a tiny sandwich that is barely 8 inches long and skinny enough that I can close my hand around it.
This is very bad value for the $17 I was charged.

Steak sub lacked flavor and was overcooked. Needed more seasoning and less time on the grill. Italian was good but had way too many onions and banana peppers for the size of the sandwiches.

Fries were not crispy. The turkey and cheese was missing meat, not te same quantity or quality as in store.

Good Flaver and Service. Just so skimpy on the meat. They literally have the prepped meat slices cut in halves you not even getting whole slices. Still giving a good rating I am sure the workers are just following directions

This was the worst food I had ever gotten from Penn Station. The fries were cold, the BLT had one small piece of bacon that had barely been cooked. The Italian Sub wasn't much better.
