I love PF Chang's in general, everything usually tastes good but I do sometimes have to mention not to fry/ burn the Kung pow Brussels too much but even then, those are tasty (this was the lost star for me bc I order this every time). We've done to go/ curbside, delivery, and have dined in, it's cute and so are the plates. I'm vegan so I usually do the Ma po tofu (req crispy), but I've tried broccoli sautéed in garlic/ brown sauce, Buddha's Feast and the fried eggplant entree before as well as the chili green beans. all are tasty and do the trick if you are looking for something savory even if you're not vegan. The textures are the differences there (eggplant is good but if you don't like soft/ slimy textures, just choose a different option). The spring rolls and sauce are very tasty but it's only 3 so if you can afford it and don't mind, just go for it. I prefer Lo Mein in general and it's good, my bf prefers fried rice and said that the spicy chicken, salmon, and shrimp dishes are all pretty solid/ okay. I like the coconut drink and strawberry Lemonade or limeade, whichever it is.

The Signature Lo Mein was much drier and less flavorful than usual. The rice that came with the Chicken with Broccoli was old, dry, and inedible. I ended up throwing it away and the veggies were incredibly poorly chopped. By far the worst food I've gotten from here. I paid extra for this compared to a lot of other restaurants because it's usually of higher quality, but not this time. Could just have been an off day though.

The Kung Pao Dragon Roll was delicious. The Mahi is seared perfectly and theyre rolled very tightly. I also got the Teriyaki Beef without onions and I would fight and die for this dish. Best $33 I've doordash has ever taken from me.

Portion size on the Kung Pao Chicken was pretty good, but the flavor was just not there. If I was in the mood for asian style food, there are better options for a better price.

One of the most disappointing meals I've ever had. We ordered the Singapore Noodles, chicken lettuce wraps, & the seasoned cucumber. I was genuinky surprised Singapore Noodles had very little meat, I'm alsmot positive the noodles were classic pasta and not rice noodles and there was hardly any curry sauce at all. I used to love their lettuce wraps, but they just tasted old and poorly seasoned. Cucumbers had almost no flavor at all and were water-logged. We had to order more food. We didn't eat any of it. First time in my life I've ever done that. Knoxville has dozens of better options at much better prices.
