• 1/26/24Pho is literally one of my favorite dishes. The 34. Pho Special is my personal favorite and Pho 79 did not disappoint!! They followed all my instructions and they even left me a nice note because they knew I was sick. Ingredients were fresh and the portion size is wonderful! Literally the best. Pho is high in vitamins and collagen. It is great for you, if you are thinking about trying this dish DEFINITELY get it from here. Other places are not as good!!!!! Go Pho Team 79!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

• 8/2/25The Bún was flavorful, especially the grilled tofu, however the amount of nuc nam sauce was very small. Other Vietnamese places provide at least twice as much.
The summer rolls were tasty and fresh.
My wife enjoyed the Lyche boba tea, however the straw was too narrow for the boba.

• 1/27/26The Davie location is FARRRRRR better. Meat was weirdly shiny, broth wasn't super flavorful, very small amount of garnishes. Do yourself a favor and order from the Davie location.

• 8/14/24It disappointtig that their appetizers
like the Shrimp Shumai contains barely any shrimp in them and are mostly just dough. The Pork & Shrimp Shumai does have more filling however lacks flavor
I wouldn't bother with the vegetable spring Rolls. They are basically rolled up fried wrappers minus any filling.
The Crispy Pork Egg Rolls may be the only appetizer that I enjoyed.
Now for the main attraction, the PHO
I had the eye round and brisket, and although they do provide all the bells and whistles to garnish the star, the broth,
I felt like the broth was not lacking in flavor
just not the right flavor for me, a little too heavy with the cinnamon and cloves in my opinion but many may disagree.
To summarize, sorry but I would skip the appetizers and try the PHO, you may like it.
Me, I prefer the broth in the beef Ramen at Ohho noodles down by UM
One last thing, PHO 97 needs to splurge on some better packaging. Those flimsy and sometimes messy not to mention environmentally detrimental, unreuseable
styrofoam boxes need to go.
PHO is not bad, but PHO 97 needs to
"Upgrade their overall game"

• 8/6/26I was really disappointed with my experience. The oxtail pho was extremely greasy, and the raw beef was so tough that even after cooking it in the hot broth, it was still very hard to chew. The overall quality of the food was not what I expected, and unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy the meal. I hope the restaurant improves the consistency and quality of its dishes.
