• 1/3/25The Egg Rolls (2) are so delicious and crisp, the veggies taste so fresh! The Beef Noodles are so flavorful and a great portion. Everything goes perfectly with the refreshing Guava Oolong Green Tea (Medium). Highly recommend this place.

• 2/8/25Everything I have gotten has been phenomenal: my usual is the special pho, but the chicken pho is also great. The bahn mi are excellent, the baguette is exactly how it should be: crispy and leaving a million crumbs everywhere. I'm so happy that we now have a true Vietnamese option in the Waterville area. I hope they eventually expand the menu to add bun bo hue or bun rieu.

• 5/10/25The Chicken Wings (5) was alright. The saunce was not much so the inside felt unseasoned, but it's fine. The pho was decent, but the P3. Pho Steak, Brisket & Tendon (Small) had much fewer tendon in them compared to last time, so I was a bit disappointed. The noodles were hard, too.
