I wish I could give this place a 20/10 stars rating. Moved to Portland about a year and half ago, this is the first time I've had something that tastes just like home - Vietnam. I will be their weekly customer from now on for sure

The B10. Signature Garlic Stir Fried Beef Pho/ Pho Tai Lan is the best pho in Portland and I stand by this. The flat noodles, the flavorful beef and broth. You just need to try and see for yourself.
