I didn't taste lime or chicha in the parihuela, but the seafood was fresh. The yucca "fries" were a great change from potato and tasted delicious. Something fresh, or at least some veggies in the soup would be nice (it doesn't come with chili or cilantro as pictured, but cilantro would be fantastic). I added fresh onion and heirloom tomato, cilantro and lime. The flavour was nice, but a bit flat compared to getting it in South America.
