They were nice enough to write my gift message on the lid of the bowl with very beautiful handwriting which i appreciate so much.
Unfortunately they put onions in the bowl as well, though I didnt add those (my gift was for someone who HATES onions)
This is the only time they've messed up though, and their food is ALWAYS delish!

Haven't eaten at Pita Pit in 3 years, and oh man this was bad. The build your own chicken pita arrived with none of the sauces ordered, which lead to a dry meat and vegetable only experience, but only exasperated how much the chicken tastes like cat food. The falafel was dry, crumbly, and freezer burnt. You could smell the freezer burn (or mold) opening the sandwich. The chicken bites are 4 pieces of "chicken nuggets" for $7, plus tax, plus delivery, plus tip. Absolute robbery. Avoid at all costs. Everything went into the garbage.

BEWARE! This is by far the worst pita pit in Canada. I've been to tons of them (I usually love pita pit) but this is a sad excuse for the chain. Both times I've ordered from this specific location my pita has literally nothing on it. I order it the same exact way every time at every location. They always leave half of the ingredients out and the lettuce is always old and wilted. Don't waste your money:/

I wish the vegetables that I ordered grilled were grilled. I don't care for cold peppers on my pita. I'm glad that I ordered extra sauce. One pita was received with no sauce, and the other had a very small amount of sauce. A highlight was that the pitas had a great portion of fresh vegetables in them.

The pita wasn't good. There were barely any veggies or dressing inside and they forgot to toast it. I threw away half of it. Super disappointed
