• 7/27/23The pepperoni and crust of my Pepperoni Lover's Melt were burnt black. There was none of the parmesan/seasoning that's clearly shown in the advertising, and the marinara packets provided were so short that I couldn't actually dip the thing.
The breadsticks tasted fine, but they were so cold and tough that I believe they may have been from a pre-made batch earlier in the day.

• 7/27/24Was trying to tell us out pizza was cooked properly, yet it was under cooked and doughy. The cheese wasent even melted, they said the bottom was light brown and they go with a chart forcooking , yet when we got our new ones after calling, the pizza was better cooked yet the bottom was the same colour? Explain that please.
