Personal Pan Pizza was still warm, with plenty of toppings, good sausage and pepperoni, excellent cheese and sauce. The only complaint was that by the time it got to me, the crust had lost most of its crispness. Considering it was delivery, it was excellent. You can't expect delivery to be as fresh as dining in the restaurant.

Personal Pan Pizza® was ok. got pepperoni cups, sausage & extra cheese. There was plenty of sausage & cheese, but it only had 4 pepperoni. It was too salty.

On the The Big New Yorker - Create Your Own, there is no extra cheese, as ordered, and they put very minimal amounts of ALL of the toppings. These 6XL slices have 3 pieces each of pepperoni, sliced up meatballs and thinly sliced pineapple. It is a RIP off. The best thing about the order is the cinnabons because they aren't a PH product!

Breadsticks were burnt , could barley taste them they had no seasonings
Cheese Sticks had little to zero cheese on them an were aso overcooked

Please secure packaging better. Bag was not tied and container was not taped shut or anything. Besides that, no complaints about the food!
