• 7/18/24Small mix up on my special request so this is my pepperoni with extra cheese pan pizza small. The crust was cooked perfectly. Just a little crispy but not to much. This is my second time ordering a pan. Didn't think it could be as good as others. But I believe it is better.

• 1/19/25I first want to say that I do not normally have an issue with Pizza King. However, lately my food has been horrible. I was so disappointed with this order that I won't order from here unless I pick it up in person. I called the manager about my poorly prepared food, and he told me that I had to complain to Door Dash because he couldn't help me. The breadsticks were supposed to be 3/4 baked and they were almost black, my personal Royal Feast pizza had hardly no toppings on it except whole mushroom, and it was not even cut. The bottom of the pizza was almost too hard to chew. I gave the driver a good tip, and I know it is not the drivers fault. The acting manager should have taken care of it and been more professional about my complaint.

• 1/25/24Pizza King is our go to Pizza place. They may run a bit slower and cost a bit more than some of the fast grab a pie places but it's definitely worth it if you're looking for quality pizza in the Richmond area. Our typical order usually includes the Bread Stix (Add to cart 1 at a time) with an extra dill butter brush and nacho cheese on the side with the 8" 1-Topping Pizza so that everyone gets a personal pizza with the toppings they like. Definitely recommend Pizza King if you're looking for a high quality food experience.
