Got the Poke Bowl with 3 Proteins .It was very good. Would've liked it better if I could have had the shrimp raw, but this wasn't bad. This is my first time back to Poki DC in a while. For a long time, I favored Pokeworks in Annandale, but they just recently cut way back on their offerings, and their "Build-Your-Own" was one of the casualties. So here I am, back at Poki DC for THEIR Build-Your-Own, and I'm not sorry. The food is fresh, flavorful, and there's plenty of it. In the past few months, I've noticed I don't have as much taste for hot'n spicy as I used to; so maybe next time I'll build it a little milder; but this was an excellent meal. Recommended.

Poke Bowl with 3 Proteins
Portions very good; flavor very good; freshness and quality excellent.
Very SKIMPY on the sauces. Got about 1 oz. each of ponzu and poke sauces, each in a little plastic tub with a lid. Not much at all for a bowl of food this size.
Still in all, a VERY good meal.
I typically get poke from Pokeworks in Annandale, but they were having technical difficulties, unable to receive orders, so I searched around and found Poke DC. A good alternative.

I've been ordering the Poké bowl with two or three proteins for a while. Lately it seems that the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The three protein meal does come with three proteins, but the total amount of protein doesn't seem to be any greater than what is given with the two protein meal, which itself is shrinking. The proteins used to be ample and visible. Now, one has to hope they are included appropriately. Adding "avocado" really means getting a slice of avocado equal to about 1/8 of the whole avocado, and that costs about $3. Overall, while the food tastes good, I can no longer rely on getting good value with my orders.

Good Poke Bowl with 3 Proteins. I like Pokeworks in Annandale better, because they offer more choices of mix-ins and toppings; but Pokeworks has fallen off the radar. No longer on Doordash or other platforms, the Annandale location is no longer on the Pokeworks website, and they're not answering the phone. So Poki DC is my backup, and aside from fewer options, they're every bit as good. Flavorful, fresh, good portions. I recommend them.

The Grilled Salmon Bowl portions were not good. the flavor was ok but you barely got any Salmon so the value is not there when paying $20 and you are still hungry.
we also ordered a Strawberry Smoothie. do not order this. it was full of ice and I had to use a spoon compress it down just to get a good sip with my straw. pretty much if I didnt compress it so it didnt look like Swiss cheese where I was poking holes to drink it. very disappointing and would advise loking elsewhere if you wanta poke bowl. poke dc is not what it used to be.
