In my opinion, Pollo Tropical left the best impression. The food was exceptional! Great menu choices. I selected their Whole Chicken With 2 Sides Family Meal. The 2 Sides that I selected was their Yellow Rice & Vegetables and their Caesar Salad. They utilized only the freshest ingredients and ensured that it was properly prepared. The food was perfectly balanced, had great texture and flavors. The quality was outstanding and the prices were fair for the portion size. You have got to try them!

I have never ordered this kind of food before. I ordered the tropical trio. It was plenty of food for me, but might not be enough for someone with a healthy appetite. The pork and beef was very dry. Did not taste freshly made. The chicken was good, but not much flavor. $5 for the fried potatoes? The dinner wasn't horrible, but I will not purchase again.

Store picture is deceiving in portion size and quality. Steak was on the dry thin side, rather than thick and juicy as shown in their picture. The whole meal portion was smaller than when I usually get with the 1/4 chicken meals in store. The Avoc Cilantro TropiChop® - Crispy was also much smaller than the picture from the store.
