Im always happy with polo tropical. The quality& freshness is awesome !! The tropichop and yucca are delicious!!

Food is very good. The Classic TropiChop® is very fresh and the guac is very good. Will order every time. Got extra and really got extra.

food was very tasty but they forgot the plantains. however giving them bonus points for including utensils and salt and getting everything else correct. be warned that the food is very salty. If you're on those sodium this is not for you.

ordered the 1/2 Fire Grilled Chicken. All of the chicken was so overcooked that it had turned into jerky. Sweet Plantains and the other sides were ok, so i just ate those. I usually love PolloTropical but after this meal, they definitely need to do better.

The bananas were very greasy. There was hardly any pork in the sandwich. Two pieces of bread and thats it. I've never seen fries cut like that. Terrible
