The roast chicken, black beans and white rice were perfectly cooked and flavorful. However, since the order of plantains were not included in the delivery, reordering from this store is not probable. These days it's tough to pay $5 for nothing.

You gave us 2 tiny pieces of chicken and old dry rice. the first time we ordered it was good. it was awful this time.

You sell it by showing two pieces of chicken, but you always give one piece cut in half. And the rice was not totally cooked. Boneless Platter - Rice & Beans

I ordered 2 churrasco steaks with chimichurri yet there was no chimichurri. I received 4 thin slices of steak in each container. I had to double check yo make sure that I didn't order a kids option. The brown rice was also hard / undercooked. Terrible.

The chicken was hot juicy and right off the grill. Done right! The Mac and cheese was fresh and creamy. Really well done tonight Pollo.
