I spent money to upgrade my combo to a large, including the drink. Got a small combo and no drink. So I got my $12 worth for the $19 I spent

Not what I'm used to from Popeye's. The wings, legs and breasts were very dry. The bread for the chicken sandwich was a wet mess.

The chicken was dry leftover pieces. I ordered 16pc meal and received a box with 10 thighs, 2 breast, 2 wings, 1 leg. Highly disappointed

the chicken was overcooked. The piece selection was unbalanced. we received an over abundance of wings with this 16 piece selection. this left us feeling cheated.
