I'm not sure if they got a new crew.. but RECENTLY... their food has tasted so good. The Macn cheese was fire! Chicken perfectly crispy!!

the red beans and rice were runny and rice wasn't tender. my order looked like they rushed and cooked it at the last minute. all of the food lacked Popeyes normal quality. Complete waste of money. And the chicken could have cooked longer, it barely made it.

Chicken was very greasy and tasted old. Our biscuits were missing from our order. The Cajun fries were very greasy and they looked and tasted awful and no one ate
them. I paid an extra $6.00 for fries we couldn't eat. The mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious, as well as the coleslaw. It gets old that every time we have ordered, an item is missing. The quality of chicken has declined.

All the chicken was half as normal size. To pay 60 plus dollars for party wings is ridiculous, I could have ordered wingstop

I ordered a honey chicken biscuit and the biscuit was old and so hard I couldn't bite through it. which would have been whatever if they had given me the biscuit I was supposed to get with my chicken tenders, I would have just swapped it but no it wasn't there. they did actually give methe right number and type of tenders for once but they were old and hard and very obviously spent too long in the heating tray. very disappointing especially for the money you have to spend here.
