Port City Java always has that special touch, with there coffee and baked goods. Rachel is amazing at PCJ, along with Dash and all the staff. Absolutely loved my Caramello Leche! Tis the season for JOY and always Port City Java:)

Not trying to be rude or anything, I usually love port city Java, but these past few coffees I've ordered have been so watery! I payed for whole milk but I'm not getting any? Just frustrating, but I'm hoping it's just a few flukes! :)
