Breaded Whitefish Sandwich was tender and delicious plus the Caesar Salad with the added chicken was well prepared and the lettuce fresh and crunchy .

the cheese fries were SO fresh and tasty, i order them every time and the large gives such a good amount of fries. the chicken tenders were pretty good like always but im sad they changed the sauces cause the ranch they used to have was really good

The hot dog in the chili cheese dog was cold inside as if it wasn't cooked long enough, the french fries which I requested extra crispy were cold and mushy and the shake was pretty much melted. It wasn't the DoorDash person's problem because he brought it on time. This is the second time I've had problems with the hotdog and the french fries :(

i'm always hesitant of ordering online because I always feel like they must at least forget one thing
Unfortunately, everything ingredient wise wasn't on the spicy chicken sandwich so that was a little disappointing and a large fry really wasn't filled that much with fries but everything else was good and came hot.

The chicken sandwich was drowning in mayo sliding all over. When I finally was able to hang onto the sandwich to take a bite, the chicken was all gristly and I had to spit it out. And I ordered a chocolate shake but it had pieces of something (cake? Candy?) in it. Soggy and gross and unappetizing. C'mon Portillo's - I know you are better than this!
