The Double Cheeseburger was so fresh, Juicy, and flavorful. The French Fries was hot and seasoned very well. The Onion Rings were really crunchy, Crispy, and really seasoned well. The Honey Mustard paired really well with the Onion Rings. The cup of cheese sauce was really warm and paired well with the fries. The portion was good, really enough food for dinner. Of course the Chocolate Cake Shake was good as always. I would definitely recommend them, and I would definitely order again.

worst ever...fries seemed old and dry, the burger didn't have the cheese, onions or bacon requested. So basically it had a bit of mayo and a gross, wilted piece of lettuce. the salad was filled 3/4 of the way with lettuce, a few pieces of pasta and a few crumbs of bacon.

I have been a fan of Portillos for a very long time I'm 75 born & raised in Chicago and this restaurant always fantastic, so glad they are out here, the tamales are so good, beef the best.

Chicago Combo Bowl was just spicy enough and delicious. The Chili Cheese Dogs and Fries filled the requirement for a 20-year old and the Hot Dog was made according to wishes. Everything was delivered hot.

I am a DoorDasher supporter. I order DoorDash for my family up to everyday. I have the account to prove it! Portillos, there was hardly any roast beef in my sandwich this time. My bread wasn't normal. Disappointed!
I am not one to be picking at all! But today, here is a comment, Please don't short me. I paid $30. I want an Italian roast beef how it should be!!
