Last time I got this, it was completely delicious and made very well. This time however my eggs were not fried they were scrambled. It doesn't seem like they put extra egg as I requested and the cheese is not even melted fully on the egg. This is not acceptable to the description of the order. I will be asking for a refund

I waited in drive up for 15 minutes while the attendant just walked around doing nothing avoiding eye contact, I had to go inside to grab my food.

Scrambled eggs were burned and scraped off the grill, just terrible and my order of fries were not included. Not a single utencil...
