Wanted to try a new pizza joint. And I'm liking the vibe. The Caesar Salad is a light starter for 2. Anchovies come on the side, as does the dressing-which is very dense and creamy. The taste is great, but it's hard to get it lathered on the lettuce.
The Deluxe Pepperoni tastes like what you imagine to be the best pepperoni pizza you've had in your life, times 100. The familiar pepperoni flavor bursts onto your tastebuds, with a cracker thin crust gently, but confidently, holding the whipped ricotta cloud puffs-and you can't help but feel euphoric. But there's something more. A touch so light you think it's imaginary. Mike's hot honey drapes your tongue, and all is well in the world.

We ordered a 12" Grandma crust pepperoni and a 12" steel pan with pepperon and olive. Both pies were very tasty and ingredients tasted fresh. To clear things up and give some description to the crust types, Grandma crust is light and airy (almost like focacia bread). The steel pan crust was pan-style with a caramelized crust. Both pies, although being only 12" were portioned such that each was easily enough food for 2 to 3 people.

I love the pizza but ordering in from this restaurant (either location) is always a mess. I've done it 3 times with 3 different problematic experiences. When I did it over the phone, the pizza took double as long as stated. The second time the pizza came a full 20 minutes early and I wasn't ready for it. I've ordered the same thing each time, a Vodka pizza Sicilian style and I've gotten very different sizes for the same price. I've gotta learn my lesson and end the relationship. I'll be back in person only.

I am very surprised on the quality in this pizza. Probably some of my favorite pizza in the city now. I got the New York style which I'm happy I did because the crust is amazing. Slight fluff but nice crispy and airy with a. Slight chew. You could taste the difference in the aged mozzarella. The sauce is very simple and tangy. You could really taste the essence of the tomatoes. The peppers were obviously roasted before they were put on the pizza, which btw no pizza place ever does that. Also it was loaded with sausage!!So between the quality of the ingredients, the effort and attention to detail, and the the awesome taste and texture of This pizza. I would give it 5 stars all day. Thank you professor pizza.

Professor Pizza: The Doctorate of Deliciousness
Let me just say this: Professor Pizza isn’t handing out degrees, but I left with a PhD in “Oh My God, This Is Incredible.”
I ordered Grandma’s Style Pepperoni Pizza with whipped ricotta and Mike’s Hot Honey, and folks, this wasn’t just a pizza—it was a masterpiece.
The Crust: Thick, crispy on the outside, and soft in the middle, like your favorite grandma’s hug (if she had a wood-fired oven). This crust was so perfect I’d write it into my will.
Pepperoni: The pepperoni cups were so crispy and charred they practically whispered, “We’re the elite pepperoni class.” Each bite was salty, spicy perfection.
Whipped Ricotta: This wasn’t just cheese—it was luxury. Silky, smooth, and spread across the top like it was painting a picture of happiness on my pizza canvas.
Mike’s Hot Honey: The pièce de résistance! A drizzle of this spicy-sweet magic took the pizza to heights so dizzying I needed a seatbelt. The balance of heat and sweetness was so perfect I’m convinced Mike is some sort of flavor wizard.
This pizza isn’t food—it’s an experience. Professor Pizza has mastered the art of combining bold flavors and turning them into edible poetry. Would I recommend it? Yes. Would I give up my grandma’s recipe for another slice? Don’t tell her, but…maybe.
If you haven’t tried Professor Pizza, are you even living?
