Everything was great, the presentation was pretty, portions filled the bowl, and the person who handed me my food was very friendly. Totally delicious except the shrimp in the bowl. Each piece was either rubbery or mushy. Definitely not a reason to stay away from the restaurant, just maybe the shrimp! :)

i appreciate how they fill the bowls and put a healthy amount of toppings. always so good and fresh :) Create Your Own Bowl is my favorite.

I ordered black beans somehow got a mix of both . The guacamole taste so sour and as the picture shows I had a point five of sour cream . The bowl was so dry and to top it off there was no utensils in the bag .

My chips were all crushed by the queso that was thr into the bag like this. And my bowl has barely anything in it. I wasted my money on this. Very disappointed.

black specs all in my drink?? I don't know what this is but it is very gross and I was unable to drink something I paid $4 for.
