Definitely disappointed, especially for over $20. The bowl wasn't very full. you can see the bottom in the photo. (I didn't eat any yet) also the chips taste like you licked a salt block. I had to brush salt off every chip just to even stand it. Some I had to toss 🤢

I got both Create Your Own 3-Cheese Nachos and a large 3-Cheese Queso & Chips and received less than half a bag of chips. Not only that, but the chips were so hard and stale and unsalted so we're basically inedible unless I was wanting to cut the inside of my mouth like they're little razor blades. DD refunded me some for the chips but it's still disappointing.
I also got a large Side of Salsa and they couldn't even fill the cup all the way

my tortilla shells were hard as a rock. about 1/3 of the tortillas for 3 out of 6 of my tacos got given to my dog. no verde sauce on any of them and there was hardly enough meat on them to feet my 10 month old. even less than usual.

Ive run into the same problems ordering here enough times that I have decided to write a review.
I genuinely believed this was a simple mistake, maybe a one off. But I've ordered the same burrito multiple times- steak with no egg, just potato. I cannot eat eggs. Sorry to whoever keeps insisting that they would rather pack the burrito full of egg and put barely any steak into the mix.
My experience ordering from this store is so hit and miss that I genuinely cannot tell anymore what ill be getting. Sure, it's a close approximation to what I ordered. When the order is correct, it's great. But the inability to follow a specific list of ingredients is so consistent that im starting to believe that the workers just like to purposefully make the food wrong for their door dash orders. Probably because they know nobody can watch them and call them out when they make a mistake.
I will admit, it is borderline hilarious just how often they decide to add egg and skimp on the meat. I actually have started betting my family on whether they add egg or not, or whether the burrito will be overloaded with potato. Will the tortilla be rock hard like it was left out all night? Will they even wrap the burrito in foil properly so it arrives warm?? Who knows, it's just a 20 dollar mystery burrito.
Given that it seems so intentional- I will oblige the workers here and take the hint: I wont order here anymore. And yeah, I know it doesnt mean a thing to you or the company, but I just wanted to let others know about how little care you put into your work.

Their food is so good! Would choose them over Chipotle any day! Their cheese options are awesome, their food tastes fresh and cooked well every time! We order from them all the time, one of our favorites! Price is realistic too, don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Have never forgotten any food when ordered, maybe a drink. A few times I have ordered a brownie and instead of reimbursement, they've sent a cookie with a note, which I prefer!
