I've been trying to find good tamales ever since moving to Philly. other than the tamale guy in the Italian market & Juana Tamales, I've had no luck. until now. nicely flavored masa, good amount of meat and cooked to perfection. some I've had since moving here have been mealy or barely had any meat. It's such a comfort food for me. Reminding me of happy days of my Tio Pedro teaching me to make make the Masa for this holiday tradition.

• 9/22/25So I had ordered the 133. Que Chula Es Puebla Especial, and lemme tell you the absolute experience that I just had. When I initially opened the container I was absolutely blown away by the amount of food in there. It was enough to make me do an "Oh" face. I like to start off by setting the mood with some R&B (rice and beans.) If you aren't mixing the rice and beans, then you are eating wrong, because it just creates an absolute symphony of flavor in your face hole. Next thing I moved on to was the WHOLE grilled medallion looking onions with the chutes still attached at the tops. Idk about you, but I have never been served onions like that ANYWHERE! It was like they secretly had them growing in the Garden of Eden itself and plucked them, then threw them straight onto the grill just for my meal. They were fresh and perfectly grilled to where you taste some of the char from the grill and sweetness of almost like a caramelized onion. Next I tried the cecina and cactus which threw me for a loop because it looked like three giant dried beef jerky meat curtains, on top of a freshly waxed kitty cactus bed (zero prickles.) The flavor of the cecina was the perfect balance of salty and savory, making my toes curl with every bite, because it was absolutely BUSTING with mouth feels. Mike Oxhard (IYKYK.) I never knew that a cactus of all things could complement dried meat slabs so well. It had the fresh, crisp flavor of almost like a cooked, green, bell peppers third cousin, twice removed. Similar flavors, but not quite the same. Usually I give enchiladas an enchi-lotta crap (sorry not sorry) because they are just so simple and usually are sub par at best. Lemme tell you, the sauce on top of this thing SAVES it from being publicly shamed in a small village of tiny people with a yellow cobblestone driveway leading to an all-green metropolis. (No one mourns the flavorless!) Lastly we have the freshest avocado and tomato on my shredded lettuce, super-de-duper, succulent, sensual, singular, scrumptious, side salad of all time, to take a break from the meat sweats and wind down a little bit. 10/10 would order again.

• 6/21/25the Mexican coffee is the best thing I've ever tasted. I'm genuinely obsessed. This is actually the second time I ordered the 8. Huevos Revueltos con Chorizo and I swear I'm gonna keep ordering them any time I'm missing home. Same with the 28. Tamales. Everything was piping hot, fresh, and the portions are REALLY good for the price. 10/10, I've already recommended it to everyone I know.

• 10/17/25The food is typically very tasty, but I was disappointed in the taco 113. Taco Salad as there was not nearly enough lettuce to really be a salad. Also I don't like how they package the 21. Guacamole Dip with the chips smushed in the same container.

• 6/23/24Food was top tier. Churros were amazing. Only concern is the packagaing of drinks. To ensure the customers safety & limit any tampering of the customers food in between transit. Other than that it's 10/10.
