Love this place, but seriously annoyed that, for the past 1.5-2 months, my curly fries are always substituted with regular fries, even though I specify that I dont want substitutions. If curly fries are no longer offered or temporarily unavailable, the staff should inform the customer.

Full disclosure: We are from out of town were unfamiliar with the menu and other services at this location. We ordered dinner (potstickers, popcorn chicken, and lumpia) and boba after a long day and had it delivered to our AirBnB on the edge of town. The potstickers were just okay. But the lumpia and popcorn chicken were very good. We would have enjoyed the option of sauce for the lumpia and/or chicken.
