Rick's Café Boatyard is an Indianapolis icon located on the waterfront of Eagle Creek's Reservoir. Best known for fresh seafood, prime steaks, and craft cocktails.
I love their iceberg lettuce with blackened chicken. It's always enough for lunch 2 days in a row. Of course, all their food is awesome. Every time we get together with my brother and sister-in-law they insist on coming down from Lafayette so we can eat at Rick's!

I regularly dine at Rick's and I've had these exact items in the restaurant and I'd have to say the portions and quality were similar but not the same. Lettuce was wilted. Smaller portions, etc. Still better than any of the chains but you're best quality is gonna be dining in.

The Fried Catfish Dinner was amazing especially with the tarter sauce. The Crab Cake Dinner were ok. The Hush Puppies were horrible. They were very tasteless and not for the price tag. They also have crab in them which isn't listed in the description.

The Bacon Wrapped Scallops were good as always, they were a little in the smaller side this time compared to other times.

The set potato puree and five pepper chicken were great! Very disappointed by the applesauce... it was described as though homemade and ended up being an extremely overpriced applesauce cup from Mott's.
