• 3/18/25This particular store (Bayshore) handled an issue with care and professionalism. After a long wait and an issue with DoorDash,my pizza was HOT and delicious still. Very pleased.

• 9/8/23pizza and breadsticks were dry, hard and cold ( not even lukewarm. advertized options were bottled sodas which cost more (no option for fountain drink). not enough cheese on pizzas and breadsticks were burnt. also (while not important and understandable but worth mentioning) the option for pizza of the day, does not say what the pizza of the day is!

• 2/28/26Took extremely too long ! Places order at 11:15 am didn't receive order until 1:25pm. Food was amazing but the wait time is unbearable. Breadsticks was freshly made . Pizza good .. I'm only ordering M-f Saturday too busy for me

• 1/17/26Literally sent crumbled up bread sticks. Ordered extra cheese and it was baked too brown and stiff. Photo looks like its good. Cheese was as stiff as could be, like it was an old pizza that they put extra cheese on and sent back through the oven. I don't know. But it wasn't right. I did order 1 hr before they closed, but I also paid full price and expected the quality I always get from any Rocky Rococo.

• 11/23/24The Italian sausage on the pizza wasn't cooked all the way through. All of them were pink!! I only gave it a star because the manager was willing to make another one BUT it had to be picked up. Totally defeats the purpose of me DOORDASHING it in the first place.
