I love this runza. They always send fresh food, packaged well. With napkins. The fries are never soggy or old. Food is never soggy. This runza does great all the time regardless of what I order.

The hamburger was good although it was cold. The chili was good and hot. I didn't get my drink or the French fries. This wasn't the first time my order has arrived missing items.

I ordered an extra side of ranch and ranch as my dipping sauce. I didn't receive any ranch none as the dipping sauce or as the extra ranch, but I paid for it. My bag was also partially ripped open when I received it .
