I have ordered Chicken Teriyaki for years and it is always pretty good. My one complaint is they have definitely scaled back on the amount of vegetables and I either missed out on getting a single mushroom or they don't include them anymore. I used to ask for extra vegetables and a lot of extra mushrooms. This location, at the Trumbull mall doesn't allow any additions or substitutions so I wasn't able to make any changes.
Aside from these issues, my food was hot and good.
There is comfort in consistency.

That big price for such a little amount is insane😐
I guess it tasted good but it's like they were giving me a salad with a side of chicken and noodles (and no I did not want to pay more money for extra chicken or something). This was my first time trying Sarku Japan and Idk who was in the kitchen plating the food - but they were in a bad mood.

Really good meal that is well done, and fresh for a really good price! The portions are nice and the sushi/rolls are incredible every time! Unfortunately I only can order when I am around the area otherwise I would be eating this every day!

Tastes amazing as always.The chicken portion looks like more than it has been in the past. The veggies had just the right amount of crunch and they sent an extra side of sauce. I'm a forever customer lol

the shrimp was not what I was expecting. I should have taken a picture. the chicken teriyaki was very good. my only complaint is that they used to give you a lot of vegetables, I was given a very, very small amount.
