French Dip Sandwich was so good. The sandwich, Loaded Baked Potato Soup and the au jus came piping hot and delicious. First time trying this restaurant and will definitely eat here again. Great portions

Got the meatball calzone. It was huge, but lacking taste or seasoning. There was barely any meatballs on it, and lots and lots of cheese. It comes with a side of marinara. For the future, it would be better if it came with more meatballs, ranch, or another good side sauce like a chipotle or garlic ranch sauce! For $15+ I probably won't order this dish again - but I'm open to trying other calzones and sandwiches.

Loaded Baked Potato Soup, Turkey Bacon Club Sandwich, and Ham & Cheese Original were good but the CinnaPacks™ were awful! There is no way those were baked within the last 48 hours. It's like someone put them in the oven and forgot to set the timer so they stayed in for an extra 20 minutes. The outside was inedible and the inside was mush. I wasn't expecting them to be as good as they used to be at Cinnabon but these weren't even close!

Surprisingly let down! I really like Schlotzskys but today's order was pretty disappointing. The bread was super dry (usually is my favorite part) and there's seriously two olive pits? I bit down on these and they're hard as a rock. That is not okay.

the chicken tortilla soup was absolutely terrible. it tastes like water with beans and corn in it. and get the tortillas on top of it like you're supposed to and there's barely anything in the soup
