chips weren't even cooked still hard in the middle, the chicken wrap I asked for no tomato and extra aoli instead I got tomato and no aoli, and the chicken sniztel burger just tasted horrible, I order from you guys all the time and its always been amazing food! but this time around was horrible

Brekkie Burger was good, BUT the Brekkie Wrap was not nice, not much bacon on it and had RAW ONION which is not mentioned on the description in the menu.
