Me and my partner had the Egusi Soup & Oxtail, with our sides being fufu and fried plantains! We had to wait a bit because they make everything as it's ordered, but it's definitely worth it! The prices are reasonable, as you get a full meal for what you pay for. If you order from here nothing will be lacking in flavor for sure. Nothing is bland or boring. I recommend fufu as a side if you're buying any soup or dish, as it pairs perfectly with it. I didn't order through Doordash and instead stopped by the food truck in person for this order, so it might be a bit more expensive here.

This restaurant is a must-visit!
The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and their food is packed with flavor. I'm not kidding when I say that it's so good, it should be crowded all the time! The Egusi Soup with FuFu I tried was amazing and packed with flavor. Do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, to this spot on Cunningham Ave in Champaign.
Also- I ate the food before I could even take a picture. It smells and tastes that good. My camera roll may lack pictures of their food but my stomach certainly doesn’t. 😊

The Egusi soup and Cassava leaf soup is so flavorful & delicious! They give you great portions at a great price. I highly recommend!

I got this Egusi soup and Fufu for lunch and me and my coworker wanted to try out the Spicy pepper and everything was a 10/10. I ate it cold because I didn't have a way to warm it up at work and it was still amazing! I had to save the rest for dinner later so Ican eat it while it's hot. Me and my coworker fell inlove with the Spicy pepper and we intend to out it all over some popcorn! But i did put some in the Egusi soup and it was amazing!
