The food is always good, we especially enjoy the shrimp dumpling wonton soup. But I have to mention how good the quality of the chicken in my lunch was. Really fresh and tender, not like a lot of places where the chicken feels old and stringy. Best Asian style place around.

Food is always great. Didn't care much for crab ragoons (even though they are better quality than typical Chinese food crab ragoons) just were what I was expecting. I do wish that my swee and sour chicken wasn't always on an open container when it arrives. Would be nice to know a driver can't just touch the food for sanitation purposes.

The Flounder Delight was spectacular! Generous portion of fish. Fresh vegetables. Bok choy is delicious and cooked perfectly. Everything was packaged with such care and attention to detail so it would not spill. Shangri-La is by far the best Asian restaurant! It is worth spending more for quality ingredients exceptionally cooked!

The Dan Dan noodles don't taste like they used to. I don't know if it's a new recipe or a new chef, but I didn’t care for them all and will not be ordering them again. The chicken stir fry was too spicy, even though I requested the lowest level of spice. It was also mostly veggies and very little chicken. This used to be a consistently good restaurant, but that has changed. It's difficult to justify the prices when it's not good.

What I liked was how easily I could customize my food in app - spice level, types of vegetables and protein. It was fresh and a good size for the price, but the actual vegetables were too tough though. Wish they had cooked them down another 2 mins. Level 3 was indeed spicy, I'll probably try a 2nd next time, but it was still good.
