• 2/19/25I've ordered from Shiply's many times. My standard order is 3 plain donuts and 3 plain blueberry donuts. Every order was delivered fresh, even when ordered in the evening. Today, I ordered the same. However, what came were tiny donuts, instead of the standard size. They added 2 extra donuts to make up for the small size. However, these small donuts were tasteless, dry and stale. Ive never ordered the hot chocolate before. I was pleased as it came very hot.

• 3/10/24Terrible quality. Shipley isn’t what it used to be. The cake donut was small, dense, and crunchy. The glazed are greasy. Never again.

• 7/4/26All of our donuts and kolaches were not fresh and stale, as if they were cooked yesterday. The blueberry cake donut was hard as a rock and not glazed. Super disappointed.

• 3/2/26How the mighty have fallen... the Ham & Cheese Kolache was hard and crunchy and clearly very old. The flavor of the ham and cheese inside was sour and gross. The crammed all three donuts into a small bag and the icing from the Pumpkin Spice Maple Sprinkles Donut got on the other donuts. I think I am done with Shipleys. I will not order from here again. Nothing tasted fresh or delicious. And they gave me the wrong drink, something I would never drink. I'm very disappointed.

• 6/9/23The doughnuts were fresh and soft and tasted excellent. They were package with care and delivered with care by the dasher .That really made my day. Thanks to the place and the dasher also for taking time to pick it up and deliver it to me. I recommend this place to anyone. These doughnuts are so good.
