my order was not correct and it looks a mess, they were very hard also. I would not order again my 38 dollars for this should have gone to Dunkin

Seriously, you guys need to change your oil for frying donuts! These don't taste like the Shipley's I know from Donelson or Hendersonville. There's a strange taste, almost like burnt oil.

Apple fritter was not edible. Burnt and overcooked. wasted money on getting it only to throw it away.

The Create Your Own Donut Box that I got did not include my selections. They were substituted with random things that I had not ordered. Further, several of the iced donuts looked old like when icing sits too long. This was very disappointing because typically I love Shipleys .
